During the Trojan War, Agapenor mustered Achaian soldiers from sites throughout Arkadia including—Tegea, Enispe, Mantinea, Orchomenos, Parrhasia, Pheneos, Rhipe, Stratie, Stymphalos, and the slopes of Mount Kyllene.
