Kalymna
Calymna

An island in the southern Aigean (Aegean) Sea.

  Kalymna is part of a group of Aigean islands called the Sporades, meaning "scattered." Kalymna and the neighboring island of Leros are referred to as the Kalydnai (Calydnian Isles).

  During the Trojan War, Pheidippos (Pheidippus) and Antiphos (Antiphus) commanded the Achaian (Achaean) troops from Kasos (Casus), Krapathos (Crapathos), Nisyros (Nisyrus), the city of Kos (Cos), and the Kalydnai.
