Kalypso is known as the Queenly Nymph and she is desperately seeking a King ... if you accept her invitation to visit her on her island, don’t forget to take along your tuxedo.
Kalypso will probably accept you as her husband unless you’re really ill tempered or wimpy ... as an immortal goddess, she doesn’t have much patience for bad attitudes and as a bit of an eccentric, she won’t take any guff from the likes of you.
Okay ... I have a good feeling about this ... I’ll bet that you would probably like Kalypso as a wife unless, for some unfathomable reason, you don’t like Nymphs ... my advice would be to just go to her island and see if you two hit it off.
When you meet Kalypso, please don’t be mean to her ... she had her poor heart broken by Odysseus because he wouldn’t stay with her ... he said he just wanted to get back to his wife and son but I personally believe he just didn’t want to be immortal and live on her remote island for eternity ... sounds like a good deal to me but Odysseus just wasn’t the type to be tied down ... especially for an eternity.
