Okay ... I may have tried to fool you on one or two of the other Quizzes but now that we’re such good friends I would never try to pull a fast one on you ... I’m glad we have that straightened out and we trust one another again.
Seriously ... this was not a trick question ... there are many things in Greek history which seem to defy reason and logic ... this happens to be one of those things.
The approximate date for the Quest for the Golden Fleece is 1270 BCE ... Herakles’ encounter with Prometheus was when modern humanoids first appeared on Earth ... that would been at least 40,000 years ago ... wow!
How could he have possibly done both of those things? Let’s just say that he did and he didn’t ... the dates are right ... the names are right ... okay ... what’s wrong with this picture?
