The study of reptiles and amphibians is called Herpetology and could never, in a million years, be confused with NEPHOLOGY ... well, I guess I should say that MOST people would never confuse Herpetology with NEPHOLOGY but you seem like an oddball and therefore the confusion is understandable ...
