Ida is many things but she is NOT A BRAT.
When I think of a brat, I imagine a snarley kid with a bad haircut ... you know the type ... too much attitude and not enough civility ... bad haircuts can have that effect on people. When I was younger, people called me bratty but I got a decent haircut and started making a conscious effort not to snarl at other people ... unless they deserved it!
